If you love knitting, crafting and a bit of natter, why not come and join our free weekly Knit and Natter group? Drop in any time between 10 – 12pm on Wednesdays and show off your latest knitting projects. Our group will meet in our brand new activity room at Scunthorpe Central, so call in for a cuppa and a bit of a yarn!
Bring your own deck whether it’s Yugioh, Magic The Gathering, or Cardfight Vanguard and play or trade with other card gaming fans. Anyone under eight years of age must be accompanied by an adult at any of the library clubs.
We also offer a not for profit card ordering service with big savings on the recommended retail price (RRP) to club members. We normally carry stocks of the current booster packs, sleeves and deck boxes, but structure decks, fat packs and collector tins can be supplied on an individual basis.
Come and join us at our Code Club and learn how to create fun Scratch animations and game, or use block based coding to program our Sphero robotic balls. The sessions are free and suitable for those aged 8 – 12 years old.

Join us for some Lego and coding fun at our new free weekly Lego Lab session! Watch your Lego models come to life with motors and sensors. The session is suitable for those aged 7+ years and numbers are limited. To enquire if there is space on the upcoming Lab session, please email firstname.lastname@example.org giving the child’s name and age.
Join us in the Library Activity room on Saturdays for our weekly Lego Club. We will be running regular challenges for young brickmasters. The event has proved to be very popular and so we now a bookable session, 10.45 – 11.45am. The event is free and all materials are provided.
