Come along and try our ‘Do Something Different’ sport, leisure and cultural sessions specifically for adults with a disability aged 16 and above.

Run’s term-time only.

Have fun, meet new people and learn new skills.

Archery is a sport of skill, patience, and technical precision, it is one of those activities that may appear easy to an observer but is something that takes an immense amount of practice and hard work to perfect.

The most basic of all archery is the foam archery but offers a really good introduction to the sport if you have limited physical strength. Foam archery allows the participants to shoot arrows at targets and helps to generate the muscle memory and strength needed.

Table Tennis also known as ping pong, is a sport in which two or four players can hit a lightweight ball back and forth across a table using a small bat.

The game takes place on a hard table divided by a net.
