Creativities Scunthorpe offers an innovative and outcome focused activities for adults with support needs. Our current client group includes people with Dementia, Autism, Mental Health Needs and Learning Disabilities.

Coffee and Cake is a social session, anyone can just turn up. there’s no need to have an assessment or tell us
your coming, for just £1.50 you can enjoy a cupcake and a fancy Latte, Cappuccino, Mocha or normal hot/cold drink and relax with friends whilst playing Bingo.

Every Tuesday from 10am to 12 noon at Unit 4, Suite 2, Park Square on Laneham Street in Scunthorpe.

Supreme support offers professional support to adults and young people with learning disabilities or related conditions.
Provide a variety of activities including: Zumba, pottery, arts and crafts, baking and bowling. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 4pm.

Supreme support also provide sitter respite service, weekend breaks and day trips.  As well as 24 hr support to continue living in the home.

Alley Cats 10 Pin Bowling Group @ Ashby Bowl

Alley Cats is a social bowling group that welcomes everyone, but primarily individuals with special educational needs or disabilities and their PA’s. The group meet every Tuesday at Ashby Ten Pin Bowling Centre.

We meet at 10:30am and start bowling from around 11am,before having lunch at 12pm and start bowling again from 1pm until 2:30pm.
£1.80 per game and lunch is extra.

The group also organise many other social activities, such as themed parties, barbecues and days out.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of age or ability.

Positive Wellbeing Upcycling and Gardening @ Unit 4, Suite 2

Try something new and different, you will feel good when you learn and master new things.

Learning will make you more confident as well as being fun. We explore creative activities to enable you to cope with stresses of every day life and encourage positive self esteem.

Our indoor gardening session helps you develop your green fingers as well as being inventive by using recycling to
make your own planters, flowers, and bird feeders.

Every Tuesday 1 to 4pm at Unit 4, Suite 2, Park Square on Laneham Street in Scunthorpe.

Peggy’s Place @ Peggy's Place

Peggy’s Place is every week on a Tuesday 2 to 4 pm at 145 Cherry Grove, Scunthorpe.

Peggy’s Place offers an introduction to other services either provided by ourselves, or signposting to the most appropriate service for the person asking.
Families are welcome to attend to gain peer support and advice via our Specialist Dementia Nurse.
We aim to offer a holistic and flexible approach to care to meet a whole families needs. All clients families can access 1:1 support for their families to increase emotional well being for all.

Network Café – Barton @ Baysgarth Leisure Centre

The Network Cafés are a new community-based initiative delivered by staff from the Adult Mental Health Social Work Team. The vision is to offer practical advice and information to people that have experienced mental health problems with support, specific to their social need.

Drop-in session is on Wednesday from 9am – 12noon at Baysgarth Leisure Centre on Brigg Road.

We can offer support and signposting relating to:

  • Managing mental health
  • Access to adult education or training
  • Returning to work or managing mental health in the workplace.

The Network Café also be run educational sessions, which staff book people into via the drop-ins. The sessions running currently in all of the Network Cafes include:

  • Living Mindfully – How to introduce Mindfulness to our everyday lives
  • Managing Stress
  • Money Matters – Setting budgets and sticking to them, managing domestic finances and debts effectively
  • Motivate Me – A course about goal setting and maintaining motivation

Please note, we cannot help people complete benefits forms in their entirety, however if people are struggling due to literacy issues, or are in need of some “light touch” support or encouragement with this, we can offer some assistance. has seen us make bags, keyrings and we are always looking for our next challenge.

Every Wednesday from 9:30am to 12:30pm at Unit 4, Suite 2, Park Square on Laneham Street in Scunthorpe.

This walk is suitable for Wheelchair and walking aid users.

Meets at the Westcliff Community Centre every Wednesday from 12.30pm – 3pm.

Social club with entertainment, games, trips and companionship.
