Tai Chi is a very gentle form of exercise that uses the whole body and helps the mind to focus. It is slow as well as gentle and therefore suitable for almost everyone (if in doubt ask your G.P).
No special clothes or equipment are required. A loose fitting outfit that will not restrict movement is best and barefoot, slipper socks or flattish shoes is acceptable (I usually advise trainers or similar).
Sessions take place every Monday and Thursday from 2pm to 3pm at The Ropewalk in the Estuary room.
