parkrun is a weekly 5K timed course for walking, jogging or running. It takes place at Normanby Hall every Saturday morning, starting at 9am.

The event is organised and managed entirely by volunteers.

It is free to take part in parkrun; you just need to make sure you register on the parkrun website, before you run, to record a time.
